Pennsylvania Lottery

ISG has been involved with the State of Pennsylvania Lottery since responding to their RFQ in 2004.

Initially, as a Cole Systems, Inc. Authorized Solutions Provider, we provided the Lottery with a custom OrderPad Enterprise solution. The solution we provided enabled the Lottery Division to combine streamlined processing and improve efficiencies with the ability to integrate data with remote branches of the Lottery Team.

This system was developed, accepted, and deployed in under 6 months with features that in many cases exceeded the requirements of the RFQ.

Over the past three years ISG has also developed new products to enhance the Retailer, Lottery Field User, and Lottery HQ User automation experience. These products include:

Retailer Navigator

A modular system providing lotteries and retail organizations with retailer specific sales and inventory data.

HQ Navigator

This product provides a collection of screens, reports and automated procedures used by management to monitor and track lottery retail sales, inventory, and lottery staff activity. It also provides database maintenance tools, screens, and procedures for data that is not provided for the MIS Back Office System or OrderPad. It is intended to work hand-in-glove with the Field Rep Navigator (to be discussed in this document) and provide complementary functions.
